Happy Dance!

I just got back from the store picking up some fabric to complete a new project and hellllllooooo, I almost did a happy dance when I walked through the door! We have a pre-shipment of charm packs, layer cakes and jelly rolls of Moda's upcoming fabric BLISS and DREAM ON!!! We were only able to order a limited number for pre-shipment, before our early shipment of pre-cuts comes in (I know, sounds crazy - but that's the way Moda rolls :) so hurry in and pick up some guaranteed feel good fabric before it's gone!

Here are some pictures of a few more of the Big Block Baby Quilts I designed based on traditional quilt blocks from the 2010 Wasatch Front Shop Hop.

Each quilt is made of a 36" center block and was sewn by a different Pine Needles employee who added their own flare.

Brie added fun ric-rack around this darling pink & brown quilt we call French Village

Wendy sewed this little Wheels quilt using Riley Blake's fun boy line.

Cecilia created 16 Squares & Counting using Martinique by Moda including the FABULOUS pin tuck aqua fabric that adds the perfect touch of texture.

Wendy also worked up a fun quilt from Moda's Tweet Tweet by Keiki and added jumbo ric-rack sewn in the binding.

Cowboy Star was made by Cecilia and is a must for any little buckaroo!.

So I have had an idea running around in my little brain for a while and am finally going to get the ball rolling on it I NEED YOUR HELP! I would love to see how you organize all your STUFF. Bike Bucket Tutorial

I just had to share with you this fun tutorial I found today over at Noodlehead! I don't know about getting one done for my daughter's bike but I am sure going to work one up for mine!

Hi its me, Sandy, and I wanted to let you know that I have updated my design blog with some of the new designs I released at Quilt Market. Pine Needles has all of the models and patterns with the exception of the model for Laundry Day. Laundry Day is being photographed for a catalog company, yippee, but will be back in time to display for shop hop.
