But what we are MOST EXCITED about is the 'official' announcement that Pine Needles has been selected as one of the featured quilt shops in the Fall 2010 Quilt Sampler magazine by American Patchwork & Quilting!!!!!! We are sooo happy that we can finally share this news with all of you, as we have had to keep it a secret since February. More details to come on the celebrations we will be having as we count down the days until the release of the magazine in September.

Congrats for being in the magazine in September...you really deserve it...you're one of my favorite shops...and I live in Nevada so don't get to visit often...but visit every chance I get!
How exciting, congratulations! If I buy a quilt magazine that's usually the one I pick.
I am not surprised at all that you have been chosen for the quilt shop magazine! You ladies ROCK!
PS, just wanted to share that one of my favorite things about your shop is the little basket of squares. I love that I can buy little squares for applique and scrappy projects and have a wide variety without breaking the bank! I pick up my $3 worth every time I visit!
You are my FAV shop, even though we live in Colorado everytime we go home my DH knows to allow time and room in the trunk for Pine Needles. Also while you were gone I called and spoke to Celcia (sorry if I misspelled your name) asking about a older Moda fabric. Not only did she go 10 extra miles for me, but called me back and gave me the info of: Winter 2008 by Minnick and Simpson. No one even the store that posted the fabric on their photo shoot for a magazine knew what it was. So way to go once again for being the nicest, most informed store around. You girls rock.
Hugs,
Vicki
Ok, so I didn't even know you guys had a blog!!! What's up with that - do I live under a rock or something!!! Congrats on the QUILT SAMPLER!!!! That is awesome!!!
